As a new member of the Brindabella Podiatry team, I wanted to formally introduce myself to all of our clients. My name is Thomas McMahon, although more than happy to respond to Tom. I have a Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of South Australia and I am a developing my experience as a sports trainer.
Having recently relocated to Canberra with my partner Isabella, I feel very fortunate to have secured a full-time position practicing podiatry at the Brindabella Podiatry clinic. There is no doubt my partner and I will miss the excellent food and wine culture in Adelaide so any suggestions you could provide to supplement this habit of ours would be greatly appreciated. In addition to the rumours of Canberra’s first-rate culinary culture, I hear the local regions are rife with hiking trails and national parks which is exciting for us too.
Since settling into Canberra in early February, I have instantly noticed the warm culture of the nation’s capital and I eagerly anticipate meeting you all at some stage in my career at Brindabella Podiatry. I possess a special interest in chronic podiatric concerns of biomechanical origin and acute sporting injuries. I also have experience treating patients with recently diagnosed and long-term diabetes mellitus and I am enthusiastic in providing education and management plans to prevent complications of the lower limb and foot. Of course, all clients requiring general foot and nail care, would be equally welcome to seek my services.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions about me or my services or helpful suggestions for my settlement in this new city.
