Back Pain

Did you know that back pain can be caused by poor foot posture?

Do you or someone you know suffer with back pain? Back problems can be debilitating and reduce your ability to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle.

If your back is:

  • Painful after standing on hard surfaces such as cement or tiles
  • Painful after standing for long periods of time
  • Helped by wearing more supportive footwear

Then it is quite possible that your foot posture and gait could be contributing to your back pain. High arches and flat feet can both contribute to back problems due to the stress and strain on your lower back and pelvis and the poor shock absorbing characteristics of these foot types.
